Community rules
Be decent
Crazy Berlin is a city for everyone. Treat other players the way you'd want to be treated on a night out.
- No harassment, bullying, stalking or threats — in chat, messages, names or with your avatar.
- No hate speech or discrimination because of origin, skin colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or anything else.
- No glorification of violence, extremism or symbols of unconstitutional organisations.
Keep people safe
- Zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors. We delete it, ban the account and report it to the authorities.
- No unwanted sexual messages or content. Sparks (dating) is for adults only — lying about your age gets you banned.
- Don't share other people's personal data (real names, addresses, phone numbers, photos) and be careful with your own.
- Never pressure anyone to meet in real life or to move a conversation somewhere else.
Play fair
- No cheats, bots, automation, modified clients or exploiting bugs. If you find a bug, tell us.
- No spam, advertising, phishing, scams or selling accounts or credit.
- Don't impersonate other players, staff or real people and organisations.
- One account per person. Names, bios and photos must be appropriate.
Report and block
If someone breaks these rules, use "Report" on their profile, message or chat line, and "Block" to stop them contacting you. Our moderators review every report. You can also report illegal content by e-mail (address in the imprint).
If someone is in danger, call the emergency number 112 (or 110 for the police in Germany).
What happens if you break the rules
Depending on how serious it is, we remove content, warn you, mute features or suspend your account — temporarily or for good. We tell you why, and you can ask us to review the decision. Illegal content may be reported to the authorities. Details are in the terms of use.
